The Role Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated cross-domain governance, technical administrative and business support related tasks associated with metrics, reporting, risk %26amp; control deliverables tracking and responses.
  • Reporting, Metrics, Dashboards, Huddles (Huddle-board)
  • Project Administration (Billing, Charging), Contract Management
  • Risk %26amp; Control Tracking, Management Contols Assessment, Freeze Calendar, Change Advisory Boards
  • Assist in the maintenance of cross-domain cyber hygiene through the production of scorecards and dashboards to track themes such as CMDB/Inventory accuracy, product lifecycle management reporting (EOL) and vulnerability remediation tracking.
  • Help to facilitate the switch from isolated teams functioning in a mixed operational and project engineering capacity to a shared resource pool which can elastically scale-up/down as appropriate to meet demands and participate in cross-functional work groups (Squads) to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Familiarity with project and portfolio management frameworks, particularly Agile methodologies shall be a distinct advantage (Scrum, Tribes %26amp; Squads, Kanban) as well as Lean principles.
  • Produce quality reports and dashboards for consumption by senior management and project stakeholders to drive forecast related decisions.
  • Numeracy and ability to manage available budgets in the context of people and technical resource costs, as well as ensuring that all potentially chargeable activities are correctly recorded and mapped to cost centres.
  • Ensure that all change related activities follow the prevailing change management processes, working closely with Change Management and Perimeter Security Demand Management as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • A Bachelor%26#39;s degree in a STEM or Business Management related field
  • Minimum of 5 years working as a Business Analyst or a Project Office support in a high pressure corporate IT delivery function (ideally exposed to enterprise networks, infrastructure and/or security technologies).
  • The ideal candidate will be the optimal blend of assertive and personable, since this role will require high levels of collaboration and stakeholder interface.
  • Recognised accreditations in project or portfolio management disciplines, with Agile methodologies i.e. Scrum, Kanban, Tribe/Squad/Chapter/Guild, Atlassian SAFe being a distinct advantage, as well as a solid appreciation of traditional Waterfall project management methodologies and artefacts.
  • Awareness of organizational change management (ITIL Service Management, Prosci ADKAR)
  • Demonstrable Business Analysis skills (e.g. PMI, IIBA, ICAgile)
  • Lean Process methodologies (i.e. 6 Sigma)
  • Ability to work at a familiar and practical level with some or all of the following tools: Confluence, Jira, Trello/Huddle boards, Microsoft O365 including Excel/PowerPoint to a proficient level.
