Roles and Responsibilities
Understand architecture, business requirements and ensure effective design, development, validation and support activities
Lead a team towards a desired goal
Develop and maintain e-commerce web applications build with asp.net, mvc,
Lead customization of core and third-party modules to accomplish defined business requirements.
Participate in the definition of functional and technical requirements of applications.
Participate in the design and architecture review of ecommerce solutions build on .net, mvc with Architects
Prepare standards and review documentation for outlining logic, code, and implementation of application
Perform site releases and site updates for clients

Should have expertise on client co-ordination
8-15+ years of development experience of web application and ecommerce solutions using asp.net, mvc, Net, WCF, CSS, XML, Javascript, JQuery, SQL Server 2014-2018
2+ years of Lead experience

Give me a GREAT C# developer (Min. 8+ years experience). Very smart. Skills needed:
a) STRONG SQL skills
b) Strong ASP.NET web forms experience
c) Windows Services experience
d) Knowledge of threading e) Enterprise Library
f) Entity Framework
g) Experience writing DLLs (libraries) h) Experience writing server-side APIs
i) Angular JS experience is helpful
Should have good knowledge of any JS framework(Angular, React)
Exposure to architecture, design process and hands on Team handling experience.
Strong OOPS Concepts
Worked on AGILE Framework
Worked on CRM Applications
Knowledge on DI, IOC, Design Patterns
Solid understanding of the design process and various tools and resources available in the market and of backend and frontend development
Ability to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Able to work both independently and as a lead to help mentor / train developers
Experience of leading a team of 5-10 developers
