Job Description :
Publish Process Roster through roster publishing software
Responsible for Real Time ACD Monitoring and managing process SLAs.
Ensure timely and accurate Process Shift Swaps and shift preferences
Manage the recording and reporting of leaves
Manpower forecasting on coordination with Operations
Monitor SLA to ensure that the same is running at an optimum level
Maximum utilization of manpower
Schedule briefings for the teams
Monitor Roster adherence
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of absenteeism
Monitor and Track Shrinkage
Familiarize & Adhere to TBSS information security & quality policies and standards that relate to one’s work.
Protecting the confidentiality and integrity of information (client/business related) used in course of work at all time including but not limited to user ids & passwords
Awareness of access rights to information & information systems.
