Key accountabilities and activities include:
• Assume line management responsibility for a team of 7-10 subordinates who provide Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and Order Management process Support to internal Functions
• Accountable for daily operations and deliverables
• Ability to lead, guide, coach, mentor, and lead by examples to all the team members
• Identify and execute plans to eliminate operational inefficiencies
• Lead, Motivate & develop team to meet & exceed deliverables
• Ensure Quality & Audit standards are met
• Be Proactive and implement controls to sustain operations
• Serve as the first escalation point (both as people Leader & SME) within the team
• Work with Transition Team and ensure work transition happens effectively and

Skill Sets:
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work and team effectively with other teams with in GBTS and management personnel including on a global, virtual basis. Knowledge of service transition methodology, tools, and templates
Education/Experience:
• Overall, 6 + years of experience out of which minimum 2-3 years in Leading a team/People Management (Must) in BPO or Shared Services Center (must)
• Master’s in Business Admin or Graduation in any discipline from any reputed Educational Institutions
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred)
Functional Competencies:
• Experience and exposure in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and Order Management process, Treasury, Fixed Assets and General Ledger fields and professional qualifications in finance and accounting area preferred
• SAP knowledge (FI/CO)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Fluency in another foreign language (written and spoken) is advantage
