Need to hire a TL who has good communication and interpersonal skill, who can manage the team & Client independently.
Person who can understand the client requirements and expectations clearly and complete the task and communicate back to customer after completion. Take customer feedback on regular basis and implement improvements plan in the team. Desired Profile:
Designation: Team Lead (4+ yrs) or Manager (if 5+ yrs)
Candidate must be have Team Lead experience atleast 1 year
Industry Any (Automobile industry preferred showrooms experience is also fine)
Communication Written and Spoken mandatory.
