Role title: Team Lead – Cloud Operations

Reports to: Zonal Lead / DGM

Location: Pune

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

• Ensure periodic Cloud Health checks, Backup and generation of cloud KPI reports and resolve deviations

• System administration of cloud infra ,coordination with all the cloud node OEM’s for the system upgrades and patches as per the business requirement

• Troubleshooting fault, configuration, performance issues reported by stakeholders through in-house operation 24X7 shift environment

• Harmonize cloud support team with the circle field team for the smooth closure of activities.

• Exploring issues /bugs in the cloud setups by proper diagnosing repeated issues and take up with OEM’s for the permanent solution

• Identify and automate repetitive tasks and Monitor day to day operations activities.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

• 5 Years of experience in cloud administration and operations of more than one of Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, ZTE, Cisco, Mavenir technologies..

• Having hands-on knowledge MANO and working experience in Openstack OOO Deployment and troubleshooting

• Good experience in Hardware issues trouble shooting, related to HP, EMC and Nokia Airframe.

• Having good understanding vEPC architecture

• Should have good experience in UNIX Linux scripting, perl/python scripting and SQL .

• Having hands-on knowledge on Microsoft excel, power point with good communication skill.

• Understand ITIL V4 terminology, methodology and able to produce processes and procedures in SNOC environment.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• Engineering Graduation in Electronics / Electronics with Communication / Computers Science

• Certification RedHat Linux, Red Hat certified Openstack administrator-CL210 & ITIL
