1. Cost-effective Phy Infra execution for Opex.

Administrative Process and Functions :

1. Understand and execute operations in line with Statutory, SEZ, ISO and Regulatory compliance pertaining to Administration.

2. Understand and execute operations to mitigate Security risks, know the liaising with local authorities/police and keeping the relevant stakeholders informed

3. GHD tickets, SLAs and initiate remedial action to improve the service levels.

4. Understanding of engagement with Hotels/Serviced Apartments for Quality, Comfort and Safety.

5. Monitor Performance of Admin function service providers.

6. Associate grievance related to Physical Infra and improvement in internal customer satisfaction

7. Support to customer audits and visits

8. Completion of documentation to ensure audit compliance as per internal control / audit guidelines

9. Vendor evaluation is carried out for statutory compliance and performance as per the terms of contract and SLA.

10. Transport Safety and compliance

11. Ensuring delivery of seats and management of the same.

12. Implementation of Admin processes and HSE guidelines

Cost Mgmt:

1. Understanding and implementation contracts for Goods and Services, Security, Facility Mgmt, AMCs, Cafeteria, Hotel accommodation and Transport

2. Ensure compliance to cost budget, inventory management and procurements

3. Understand Physical Infra Cost and budgeting.

4. Understanding of leased and own premises.

5. Responsible for Procurement

6. Driving cost optimization.

Reporting:

1. Review of vendor reports.

2. Submission of Monthly Report

Personal Development:

1. Monitors gaps in one’s own required competencies and enrolls for relevant learning to bridge gaps in competencies ,Compliance to APM

Team management:

2. Identifies & assigns appropriate roles to vendor team members

3. Form a part of the team.
