• People management.

• Understand the staffing needs by interacting with the business and functional heads.
• Recruit potential candidates within timelines.
• Attend interview and selection process.
• Manage the on boarding and induction of new process of new hires.
• Prepare detailed Job descriptions, Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators.
• Plan Training & Development for all employees in the assigned region.
• Ensure Timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Monitor and check attendance regularisation of all employees.
• Ensure that all statutory components (PF,ESIC, Bonus,PT,LWF) are complied and timely payment of the same.
• Ensure that HR policies as laid by the organization is implemented and followed across the Unit.
• Ensure process automation in existing processes of HRMS.
• Implement the Performance management system.
• Ensure that the unit complies with statutory requirements like minimum wage, PF, ESIC, TDS, PT, gratuity.
