In this role you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and engaging high-quality prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, Social media, job boards, social networking, database mining, cold calling, and other advanced recruiting techniques
- Working with TA recruiters/managers to build the talent pool to support business forecast
- Developing knowledge of current marketplace and trends
- Managing applicant tracking system, maintain accurate candidate documentation to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies, procedures, and regulations
- Building a strong network of top talent, gain market intelligence and assess candidates to gauge alignment for a specific role or functional area
- Should have good sourcing and screening skills working on the latest technologies including the niche and Ultra niche area and also added if they have Corporate funcitons hiring like -Corporate Finance, Legal, Internal IT hiirng.
- Exposure to new age sourcing tools will be an added advantage
- Good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Exposure to Technology(Java, .Net, Automation Testing, SAP, Oracle, BI, Pega, SFDC etc.,) volume/bulk hiring
- Regularly maintain daily trackers and database maintenance. Should have exposure to working on any internal recruiting tool
- Good working knowledge in MS-Office tools(Specifically hands on in MS Excel)
Experience:
- 4+ Years of end to end Recruiting experience in a professional services, consulting, or staffing firm that required you to meet and exceed hiring goals in a fast paced work environment
- 3+ years of experience sourcing candidates from the internet utilizing various methods: social media, complex Boolean search strings, newsgroups, associations, niche job boards, major job boards, blogs and other business networks.
- Strong experience in analyzing and forecasting Singapore local talent pool
