Job Description :
We are seeking a Systems Support professional to join our platform solution team. We provide our development teams with a PaaS solution through management of frameworks delivered in a scalable infrastructure. We are looking for someone with strong customer and interpersonal skills to provide operational expertise to our global L2 support team. You will be responsible for managing the stability and business continuity for a number of development frameworks, application components, infrastructure and hosting services. Our team serves as the main contact for our business partners and is made up by operationally minded and technically sound support engineers. We troubleshoot, triage, and resolve platform related issues.
Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • BS or higher in Computer Science, IT or related field
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • Experience with Unix
  • Experience with Apache Tomcat web server administration and support
  • Experience with AWS technology
  • Experience using and supporting any of the monitoring and alerting tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Hyperic HQ, SiteScope
  • Scheduling tool working experience preferably Autosys
  • Must be willing to work Tuesday-Saturday shift, rotating between morning and afternoon (8:00AM-4:30PM // 1:30PM-10:00PM)
