Job Description :
Systems Functional Analyst IV Summary: Develop, configure, test and troubleshoot functional issues and change requests to the Workday HCM product. Provide information and guidance to the business representatives to ensure the functional designs will achieve business objectives and Workday is leveraged to its full potential; Leverage Workday Reporting capabilities to build Advanced Reports and Dashboards, Review and approve functional designs, ensuring they align with the business processes;
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate Workday capabilities to HR Stakeholder and the business in the area of HCM, Data and Reporting
  • Gather functional or reporting requirements and translate them into functional designs; configure and test in Workday HCM
  • Build consensus around business process and design;
  • Develop and communicate best practice and standards for functional configuration, reporting and data management
  • Build test plans for feature releases, change requests and issues and executive in alignment with the user
  • Trouble-shoot and resolve day to day issues in Workday
  • Identify technical issues in integrations and security and work with IT to resolve

Required background experience and skills:

  • 3 – 5 years Workday experience performing above functions in the areas of core HR, Compensation, Absence. Additional Payroll experience is a plus.
  • Workday certification preferred (Workday Pro HCM / Reporting)
  • Experience with EIBs, Report Writer, PRISM, BIRT.
  • Demonstrated skills in customer communication and developing customer relations.
  • Working in project settings as well as with competing priorities.
  • 5 years of Workday HCM
  • Experience in the area of Workday HCM, EIBs, Report writer
  • Workday Certification
