We are looking for an experienced validation engineer, with pre, post-silicon validation, platform validation experience for our product lines. The selected candidate will own one of the complex blocks of the products and deliver on all pre, post silicon validation phases of the product by owning test plans, test content development, execution and debug. This role needs cross-site collaboration and interaction with FW, SW, BIOS, Emulation and tools teams and other pre, post-silicon partners to deliver on technical features. The candidate is expected to use and apply emulation and platform level tools and techniques to ensure functionality. The candidate is expected to work for volume validation of product IPs areas, debug platform issues. The system validation scope may include validation of any of the Networking IPs targeting storage, cloud, edge markets, DMA, 5G, RAN, Ethernet, NICs, Virtualization, Power Management, Design for Debug, packet processing, memory accesses, Clocking, Reset, Interrupts, error handling and Security.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelors or masters degree in electrical, computer engineering with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
Validation experience in one or more areas like Client, Server computing, Chipset, Graphics, Data Security, Compression, Ethernet controllers
Emulation based debugs and or Post-Si and platform based debugs
Test content development using languages – IA-Core Assembly, C, Cplus programming, Python
Architecture understanding of Intel, ARM chipsets and or CPUs, SOCs would be added advantage.

Skills and ability to ramp quickly on new technologies and collaborate closely with stake holders to drive quality and efficiency.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Strong inclination to innovation to drive efficiency
Any prior knowledge in virtualized Radio access network, DMAs, PCIe would be an added advantage.
