System Administrator

Experience – 3+ years
– Strong communication skills with ability to speak and write in English with USA, UK, Canada based clients.
– RMM tools administration (Connectwise Automate, Kaseya, N-able etc.)
– Tickets management and troubleshooting on the incidents involving variety of servers, desktops and network related issues
– Backup administration for the applications like Shadowprotect, Veeam, Commvault etc. – Firewall administration and support for variety of hardware firewall like Sonicwall, Meraki and Fortinet
– Strong Microsoft servers and desktops administration skills including the Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, Exchange servers, Terminal services etc.
