Your Role and Responsibilities
As an IT Engineer, you are responsible to design, install, and maintain a company’s computer systems. You will manage testing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking systems to meet the needs of the employer. You may also be required to train staff and manage projects.
Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows OS, Email & other client end applications
- Work in 24×7 Shift at client site.
- Manage complete end user Hardware, OS & Intel Server
- Coordinate with multiple domain owners for technical resolution.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Min. 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in managing end user Hardware & Operating system
- Solid experience in installation, configuration and managing end user Hardware, Intel Server Hardware & Operating systems
- Basic understanding of Intel Server and Networking concepts
- Willingness to work in shift as FMS engineer
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Working knowledge about Daily/Weekly & Monthly reporting dashboards
- You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
