Manages overall personnel, performance, daily operations and discipline of self
The position will be responsible to provide remote support for Microsoft Office365 & other IT infrastructure related services
Drive specific improvement projects as required by Management Team from time to time
Be accountable and responsible for actions taken
Take ownership of tasks assigned
Maintain & update the Active Directory including (security domains , user profiles & other resources on the network )
Troubleshoot & manage MS Windows 2008 R2 & above servers
Troubleshoot & manage MS Exchange Online & Outlook client?s issues on daily basis.
Troubleshoot O365 services like Skype for Business, Teams, Sharepoint, CRM Dynamics, etc.
Optimize system parameters for best performance
Establishing & maintaining technical and administrative procedures for Information systems
Maintain & Manage RMM platform with proactive approach
Maintain & manage Service desk platform with best practices

Good knowledge of Win 7, 8, 8.1 & 10, 2003,2008 & 2012 servers OS
Good knowledge of emailing: MS Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013 & O365 (Exchange Online)
Good knowledge of SMTP, POP3 and Exchange mail protocols
Good knowledge of Exchange Hybrid Configuration & Mail Flow troubleshooting
Able to troubleshoot complex Exchange Online Mail Flow & Environmental Issues.
Able to analyze Exchange Logs and provide RCA of the reported issues
Relevant experience on Office365 Exchange Online, Online Spam Filtering, Connectors, Transport Rule, DKIM, DMARC, Auditing, Retention & Archival policies, DLP, Message Trace & header Analysis, Public Folder Management.
Should have relevant knowledge of on-prem & O365 Hybrid Environment
Should have hands-on knowledge in AZURE AD and implementation.
Should have Good Knowledge in PowerShell for administration of Active Directory and O365.
Good knowledge of other O365 services like Skype for Business, Teams, SharePoint, CRM, etc. Will be preferred.
Should have performance monitoring and troubleshooting activities
Extensive knowledge of MS Office
Extensive knowledge of network protocols e.g. TCP / IP
Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
Knowledge and hands on experience on Active Directory.
Knowledge and hands on experience on Domain Naming System (Forward /Reverse lookup)
