Job Description: • Deliver end to end life cycle of tools solution (Symphony SummitAI Service Management, Symphony SummitAI Asset Management, Azure Monitor, etc.) including requirements, design, development, implementation and integration.
• Analyse technical and non-technical requirements to define solutions, translating customer requirements into technical documents (FRS, HLD, LLD) highlighting the as-is situation, future predictions and ROI
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop solution based on Customer requirements and Industry best practices
• Mapping ITIL 4 processes to the relevant toolset capability / feature
• Deliver On-cloud / On-premise solutions for Enterprise customers across multiple industries
• Interfacing with clients for assessment of as-is situations, business requirements, infrastructure specification and laying roadmap for solution implementation
• Timely communication and follow ups with internal / external stakeholders for delivery and implementation of product within scheduled milestones
• Regular monitoring of application development to ensure the delivery of product as per Customer business needs.
• Handhold customers during UAT, Training, Go Live and Normalization phase to ensure smooth transition from Pre-prod to Production
• Conduct post implementation audit of customer environment and suggest further enhancements as per best practices to enable usage of application to full capability
• Lead knowledge transfer session to support team to seamlessly handover customer from Implementation to support phase
• Expertise in building BI reports / dashboards as per customer requirements preferably using Power BI
• Support pre-sales and sales team with POCs for prospective business opportunities as and when required
• Manage end to end Implementation life cycle of tools
• Managing deployment, configuration and various testing of the product at client location
• Seeking opportunities for automation and implementing them across the tools to drive business value and service quality and efficiency by leveraging technologies as applicable, such as Symphony SummitAI tools, Azure Monitor, Azure Resource Manager templates, JSON, PowerShell and automation tools
• Working aligned to Agile and DevOps methodologies utilising Microsoft Azure DevOps and Git Repositories, including Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment pipelines
• Providing classroom and hands – on training to the Application administrators and End users
• Providing level 3 post implementation, application maintenance and enhancement support to improve customer experience.
1. Skills & Experience:
• At least 4 – 6 years relevant IT experience
• Web (IIS) and Database Support (MS-SQL)- with a clear understanding of the basics of the application, technology and domain and MS SQL Support experience.
• Relevant technical experience to include Application support, database maintenance and migration activities, exposure SQL & .Net
• Experience in deployment of Symphony SummitAI and Azure Monitor tools is mandatory
• Experience in DevOps, automation, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), scripting technologies such as Java Scripting, TerraForm, Ansible, Python, PowerShell will be advantageous.
• Experience and knowledge of large scale, global IT organisations preferably Managed Services Providers
