This job offers an opportunity to work with veterans from the industry and be part of the Surveillance team, with a unique experience to develop an understanding of the credit rating industry and gain insight into the overall financial sector which forms a key part of our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Targeting & meeting with LCGs explaining to them about our credit rating services
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Connect with bankers for feedback on rated clients
• Updating information on internal workflows/systems
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• MIS creation & regular updation
Requirements:
• Candidates with prior experience in banking, debt collection, insurance, client servicing will be preferred
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Good MS Office Excel skills
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
