Job Description:
1) To ensure correct accounting of Revenue from for sales happening on platform.
2) While executing transactions, the individual should possess strong understanding in the areas of Financial applications and accounting standards. He will be working with cross functional stakeholders for inputs and reporting requirements.
3) Close operational / month-end activities and ensure correct financial reporting.
4) Ensure all processes are operating efficiently and effectively. Lead in design / configuration and rolling out of new initiates for bringing productivity and efficiency in the process.
5) Understand the best practices of industry and set up benchmark for quality.
6) Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are in place, documented, and operating as intended.
7) Manage internal and external audit requirements and will also ensure compliance with Sox requirements for assigned activities.
8) Actively participate in strategic initiatives and special projects when assigned or required.
9) Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide business inputs to management. Job Requirements:
CA with at least 3 – 5 years of experience in a role handling Core Accounting, Month End Closing of Books of Accounts, Balance sheet reconciliations and reporting Activities.
2. Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes (preferably in the service/ trading industry).
3. Exceptional Leadership Skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
5. Customer Driven approach Internal and External.
6. Detail Oriented, Well organised.

8. Ability to readily adapt to and lead through changing environment
