Job Description:
- Maintenance of company Books of accounts as per Indian Accounting Standards i.e Indian GAAP.
- Accounting and Reconciliation of all General Ledger (GL) Accounts, Receivables & Payables for month-end & year-end closings, ensuring correctness and accuracy.
- Handling Direct Taxation. E-TDS Quarterly filing, Determine tax liability of Employees & subsequently deducting TDS on his salary & issuing form 16 at the end of the financial year. TDS deduction on other than salary (Professional, Contract, Rent & Commission) & issuing form 16A on Quarterly basis.
- Handling Indirect Taxation – GST Return filing on monthly basis.
- Preparation and Verification of Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS).
- Preparation of MIS report (Management Information report).
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently
- Knowledge in tally and other ERP
Job Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in Accounting
- CA (Maximum 3 attempts)
- Must be well organized and a self-starter, Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
- Proficient in Excel,
- Knowledge of SAP/ Tally/ JD Edwards will be an advantage
- Experience of working in MNC environment
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
