About the team
Commercial Banking Business Process Improvement & Intelligent Automation team partners with CB business leadership to become a data-driven, continuous improvement organization, resulting in best-in-class customer experience, efficiency and effectiveness.
About the role
- Has responsibility for the identification of strategic business, investment and alliance opportunities evaluation and approval process of identified opportunities technology requirements (system, architecture and infrastructure) as well as coordination of technical resources and communication of strategy
- Develop and adopt implement RPA adoption strategies in partnership with business teams
- Support Solution Consultants in hosting and facilitating LOB specific RPA top down assessment opportunities in partnership with business leaders/teams
- Collaborate with LOB leaders to complete process viability assessments. Develop business cases and obtain stakeholders sign-offs
- For RPA solutions / improvements, develop documentation of opportunity design, process design, current and future state. Prepare business requirement documentation for technology development
- Partner with various teams along with peers and TMs during the development of solution
- Provide post operationalization guidance and recommendation to continue advancing opportunities
- Partners with aligned Solution Consultant and CB business leaders and their teams to define business strategy and created and execute aligned plans
- Partner with aligned process engineers
- Host and facilitate LOB, PM and Process Engineering RPA education sessions including monthly forums
- Evangelize the business value of RPA and other intelligent automation capabilities (RDA, OCR/ICR, Machine Learning) with LOB partners
Market Skills and Certifications
- 10+ years of Business systems analysis, Business systems design, or a combination of both
- 3+ years of Automation experience
- 3+ years of Robotic Process Experience
- Strong professionally – credible with integrity
- Good communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
