* Leading the implementation of identified strategic projects and manage the delivery in close coordination with domestic and global delivery teams * Have strong understanding of project management frameworks, and possess ability in developing the project into detailed schedules, granular steps which can be monitored daily * Good understanding of infra projects cycle, renewable industry, key challenges faced from construction to completion * Strong understanding of commercial and financial aspects of evaluating companies and key strategic sourcing partners in terms of their ability to deliver on time, financial strength, key ratio analysis (IRR, CF analysis, ROCE, P&L assessment) and present findings on partners strengths / financials * Adept in reading and analyzing financial statements quickly and able to present facts * Participate in commercial and contractual assessments, negotiations with leading suppliers and play a pivotal role in onboarding * Good understanding of key terms and various commercial structures, legal issues, key clauses * Possess knowledge heavy good logistics platforms, should be able to create working models to assess cycle time, delivery times, number of trailers etc. required, (cost-benefit assessment) * Adept in delivery of managing large unstructured projects involving various teams, functions, work streams and be a go getter in completing the tasks * Responsible for preparing management notes – including financial/commercial assessment models, project reports * Should be able to manage the task yourself as this is an individual contributor role
