Good Communication, logical and analytical skills,
Willingness to support in shifts 24/7
Minimum of 2 years experience with IBM Sterling Integrator
Proficient with IBM Sterling Integrator Map development, Business process understanding, SI admin Tasks
Good knowledge on EDI standards (EDIFACT, X12, TRADACOM,..)
Create and maintain customized mapping specs
Provide technical support for all B2B transactions
Troubleshoot and resolve message processing/ connectivity issues
Understanding of Trading partner setup that require communication protocol setup like AS2, VAN, SFTP, HTTP/s, CD, MQ.
Strong UNIX skills
