State Head Fund Raising New Business
• Responsible to lead a team of up to 5 Corporate fund raisers.
• Lead fundraising planning process for the region to achieve income targets.
• Achieve annual team target of getting Rs.10 Cr worth of new grants each year.
• Create & Maintain Database of potential donors.
• Represent organization at forums, events.
• Research and identify potential funding opportunities from institutional donors and corporates.
• Plan & Execute Employee Giving Programs, Cause Related Marketing Campaigns
Must-have:
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in donor fund raising/ resource mobilization/ business development.
• Great people skills – to create new and maintain existing relationships
• Must have met annual sales revenue of 5-10 Cr in previous jobs
• Should have led teams in a sales/BD function.
• Extensive experience in acquiring new clients.
