Job Description: a) Minimum of 5 years of experience
b) Experience in government budgeting system (including gender related budgeting if any)
c) Experience working with few state government Departments in the government including Energy, Transport, Urban, Skill Development, Health, Agriculture, Rural Development)
d) Experience in Training Need Assessment, Training, capacity building, expenditure reviews
e) Based out of Manipur
Key Skills: There is no specific requirements (except for having 5 year experience).
However, it would be good if the resource is having the budget experience with the government
