Marvell is developing products to protect data, authentication and key management in public/private clouds and large enterprises. We partner with some of the major public cloud providers and make it easy for their customers to protect, secure, and encrypt their data with simple and scalable interfaces in public, private, hybrid cloud environment. As cloud continues to grow at an astounding rate, businesses are constantly facing new threats and breaches. There is a greater need to provide end-to-end, next generation security products. We’ll be solving some of the most interesting challenges while building a product unlike anything seen before. This is a massive challenge and we’re just getting started so there is a lot of opportunity for personal growth and contribution.
We are looking for passionate engineers that have relative experience and knowledge in information and system security in their career and want to be challenged, in the domain of practical cryptography, quantum crypto, payment security and want to work on meaningful projects with an amazing team, that want a lot of responsibility, that want to create a massive impact.
Responsibilities:
- Test and develop automation for payment and General-purpose features of the HSM product.
- Handle and deliver complex features independently.
- Develop test plans to test the solutions at various stages of product execution.
- Develop scalable and predictable test automation suite that aids feature velocity.
- Be a technical leader by providing solutions for the challenges in the QA org.
- Interface with the development and evolve test strategies.
Requirements:
- A practicing engineer with 5+ years of experience in a QA organization performing the role of a test and automation engineer.
- Strong experience in Python, C, and PyTest frameworks.
- Know-how of cloud technologies/Virtual machine technologies a plus.
- The ability to understand standards and transform them to test plans is a must.
- Skills to debug, root cause, and narrow down a complex problem to the point of failure are a must.
- Possess a track record of successfully managing highly complex features on schedule and high-quality standards.
- Understanding of cryptographic algorithms and hands-on experience with crypto implementations like PKCS#11/JCE/OpenSSL/Payment algorithms.
- Experience in testing hardware security modules (Cavium/Marvell, Thales/SafeNet, Utimaco, HP, Futurex) with solutions in technologies like Payments, Key Management, Authentication, Blockchain and PKI a big plus.
- Familiarity with Threat modeling, common vulnerabilities, and attack vectors is a big plus.
- Proven experience in managing test tools and environments to support test programs.
- Eager to learn and seeks opportunities to grow a broad knowledge base to complement specific subject matter expertise.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
