The SSC GD Physical Test is going to be conducted soon. Recently, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the tentative answer keys. The results are expected in May 2024. The shortlisted candidates have to appear for a Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and Medical Examination (ME). SSC GD Physical Test 2024: Overview

SSC GD Physical Test Date 2024
The SSC GD Physical Test 2024 will be conducted by the CAPFs once the SSC finalizes the CBT results. It is expected that the CBT Results will be declared in May 2024. Thereafter, CAPFs will announce the exact SSC GD Physical Test Dates. These are likely to fall between May and June 2024. Candidates have some time to prepare for the PET, PST, and medical examination until then. Candidates hopeful of clearing the CBT should prepare well for the next stages without further ado.
SSC GD Recruitment Process
The SSC GD recruitment process includes a computer-based test (CBT), Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and Medical Examination. The CBT is already over. As soon as the CBT results are announced, candidates will be called for PST, PET and Medical Examination by the relevant CAPFs. Candidates must qualify in each stage to get the final selection in SSC GD 2024.

SSC GD Physical Efficiency Test, PET
The SSC GD Physical Efficiency Test (PET) is carried out through a race. Male and Female candidates from different regions have different time limits and distance criteria for the race.
