• Experience in Windows OS and core infrastructure support including: Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems
• Microsoft Office 365
• Microsoft PowerShell
• Anti-Virus / Anti-Malware software
• Cloud Security (AWS/Azure)
• Security information and event management (SIEM)
• Virtualization
• NIST Cyber Security Framework
• ITIL ITSM Framework
• Experience with patch management via Windows Update and/or SCCM/SCOM
• Experience with configuration management via Active Directory Group Policies and SCCM/SCOM
• Experience with networking principals, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed infrastructure and DR environments.
• Knowledge managing virtual desktop environments (VMware, Citrix, Amazon Workspaces).
• Knowledge of server hardware and sizing, hypervisor technologies (e.g. VMware), and cross-platform integrations (i.e. heterogeneous operating system support).
• Technical understanding of system fundamentals, experience of Windows/Linux systems administration and common internet protocols such as HTTP, DNS and TCP/IP
• Strong knowledge of security fundamentals
