Requirements and Qualifications
6 to 10 years of professional experience in web and mobile application design
The ability to define other peoples ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
Comfortable picking up a low-fidelity design concept and running with it.
Well organized, responsible, detail oriented and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined designs in a short time.
Deep understanding of Apples human interface design guidelines, Android design and other mobile platform designs, including Googles material design.
Familiarity with front-end programming and language.
Great verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable defending your design decisions.
Able to learn new tools quickly.
Proficient in Adobe Products. Adobe XD and/or Sketch, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer a minimum of 2 year of application design (mobile or desktop)
Prefer a minimum of 2 years of visual design and/or 2 or more years of interaction design
