The responsibilities include Define the Altiplano architecture and design Play a key role in the Business Units innovation strategy development Altiplano portfolio consists of multiple products in the space of fixed access domain controller K eep abreast of industry trends in technology for management solutions and software engineering with a view of identifying the right ones for adoption in the group Work with the engineering team towards the realization of the architecture and design in the respective areas of the domain controller Mentor and coach engineering teams distributed across locations for efficient design high performance and quality Work towards a multi domain management solution included access aggregation e tc Work with customers and product managers to take the customer requirements to architecture and design an Skills Required Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science or related areas 12 years of strong experience of architecting softwa re IT telecom solutions Proven results in defining architectures and bringing those solutions to the market Experience in successfully working with global organizations with strong communication ability Strong motivational and technical leadersh ip skills Prior Experience in Network Management Solutions and Access Technologies Expert in software engineering practices like DevOps Agile Methodologies Continuous Integration Test Automation Micro Services XaaS models Expertise in rele vant technologies including Java J2EE Linux DBMS Web Technologies Cloud Virtualization Kubernetes Containerization SDN Data Analytics Expertise in next generation management control plane protocols like NetConf YANG IPFIX GRPC etc Ability to quickly prototype and validate design approaches Prior experience in working with multi vendor integration Prior experience working with customers Fast learner Ability to work in a fast paced environment Good communication skills.
