The primary purpose of this position is to create business applications and customizations on the ServiceNow platform to automate and increase business processes efficiencies. This position will also be responsible for working with clients to integrate ServiceNow with clients Service management tools and will serve as the lead for all development projects.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom code for all ServiceNow modules
• Analyzes user requirements and current procedures in order to design and develop new automated process workflows within the ServiceNow environment
• Create technical architecture, design and user guide documentation
• Gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain application integration with any third-party applications
• Design and develop ServiceNow modules in support of SLA and reporting requirements
• Works with internal process managers and ServiceNow administrators to implement and support all ServiceNow modules
• Owns oversight for all internal development activities to ensure best practices are being followed
• Researches new capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to recommend and implement solutions to meet business requirements
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for stakeholders as appropriate
• Provides technical leadership and advice to all areas of business unit.
• At least four (4) years of relevant ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of core ITIL processes (CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change)
• 5+ years of experience working with ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of system design and development used within web service or message-based applications (e.g. REST/SOAP)
