Responsibilities:
VOIP / Telecom Knowledge for both Domestic and International termination
Knowledge of LCR, Rate Notification from Vendor and Rate update to Customer.
Various reports: TO Customer, TOP Destination, TOP Vendor and Margin Report.
Need to work with NOC team on Route change and on-going customer or Vendor issue.
Identify routes with new routes and routes with significant rates changes and liaise with NOC/Engineering to test
Work with NOC to identify non-working routes and remove from LCR and Premium table
Perform monthly or quarterly auditing to remove duplication and ensure error-free database
Handle disputes with customer/vendor as required
