Our operations team is looking for highly motivated and talented candidates to participate in auditing/reviewing advertisements. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical & communication skills, attention to details, and a commitment to excellence. In addition, the candidate must be proficient in written and verbal English with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Key responsibilities include:
. Perform quality check on the transactions (Ad Moderation and Relevance ) processed by the reviewers
. Identify defects impacting shopper and advertiser experience and build controls to reduce the defects
. Analyze defect data, identify patterns and perform root cause analysis for the defects and craft solutions to root cause analysis.
. Calculate the accuracy of the process with DPU and DPMO methodology
. Share feedback with the individuals on the defects and provide guidance to improve their accuracy level
. Initiate corrective and preventive action for the defects identified
. Work on data, dive deep and represent data with visual dashboards in excel or quicksight.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
. Graduate or equivalent
. Proficient in English and German language. Candidate must demonstrate language proficiency in all the following: verbal, writing, reading and comprehension. Required language level: B2.2/BA/Advanced Diploma.
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
. Familiarity with Excel
. Willingness to work with sensitive issues, including but not limited to: Adult content, Religious and philosophically sensitive issues, alcohol, tobacco, weapons and other potentially offensive products.
. Demonstrated passion for delivering a positive customer experience, and maintain composure in difficult situations.
. Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments.
. Flexible to work in night shifts and rotational week offs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Requires strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Power Point and Word) to maintain reports and metrics
. Prior experience in online advertising preferred.
. Past experience with responsibilities around driving quality process, training and mentoring would be an added advantage.
. Certified or Yellow belt trained in Lean Six Sigma
. Knowledge on Lean and 8 Waste’s
. Basic Knowledge on Value Stream Mapping, quality tools.
