Amazon Marketplace is present globally. Through the Amazon Marketplace, Amazon provides individuals or enterprises the opportunity to sell their goods on the Amazon platform. Amazon’s platform is the engine that powers Amazon’s Marketplace businesses, and Sellers rely on this platform and our support to start selling on Amazon and to grow their business. Through Leads Management function, we identify to onboard and grow Sellers on Amazon Marketplace platform.
Here you will have an enormous opportunity to work with multiple teams to help grow the selection flywheel by adding more Sellers by the way of providing successful leads. The role encompasses working with multiple teams and stakeholders across business programs, technology & products solutions, business analytics and machine learning. A commitment to team work, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are absolute requirements.
Key Job Functions:
. Act as a thought leader and strategist capable of influencing associates, senior leaders, and partners to drive positive change
. Own stakeholder communication which includes proposing, driving creation of and managing metrics and analyses that will help manage the business
. Streamlines operations right from scoping/prioritizing the right set of business levers to building and locking Ops program goals before executing
. Measure and analyze existing services for opportunities to improve the customer experience and reduce costs
. Build strong internal relationships across Amazon. Influence internal teams to deliver the right results for the business by closely collaborating with technology teams to drive impact
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
. 5+ years of experience in program or project management
. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
. 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
. 5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects
Basic Qualifications:
. Bachelor’s degree
5+ years in program management, retail/e-commerce
. Substantial experience in successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen
. Proven analytical and quantitative skills (includes ability to use tools such as Excel and Access) ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts
. Strong leader with excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills ability to work successfully with and influence all levels across Amazon (stakeholder management skills)
. Experience in people management including developing/mentoring people
. Should have worked closely with technical teams to chart the overall solution and execution
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications
. MBA preferred
. Working knowledge of SQL is also required
. Technical background and or/experience owning to close interactions with technology teams
. Good understanding of application of machine learning and data science in eCommerce domain
