Position Summary:
This position is within Harman Connected Car Division, located in Bangalore, India. In this position you will be part of a global team, who will design and develop features for ADAS products. These features will support NCAP 2020 guidelines as well as support autonomous driving levels in conjunction with other vehicle sensors and systems. The ideal candidate will have good analytical skills, knowledge of engineering discipline, and experience in ADAS functions.

- Manage a development team that contributes to multiple Harman ADAS product lines
- Responsible for continuous improvements in processes, Streamlines development processes across projects and find solutions to optimize the development cycle
- Project deliverables with adherence to schedule, requirements, and quality
- Conducts regular reviews, communicates risks, corrective actions, technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with current trends and technologies in the market
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineer/Computer Science
- 12+ years of industry experience in Design, Development and Testing of ADAS Active Safety Products and/or embedded automotive solutions
- 3+ years of automotive project management, people management, leadership experience
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies and test driven development
- Self motivated, result driven individual, must be passionate about the work
- Fluent in both written and spoken English

Eligibility Requirements:
