Experience, Skills –

– Proven track of managing and leading transformation projects in AR domain to drive process excellence

– In depth knowledge of Accounts receivable process with working knowledge of Accounts payable &Record to report activities
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAP S4 HANA; experience in implementation will be highly preferred
– Good oral and written communication
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Able to work with minimum supervision

Job description
• Subject matter expert in area of Accounts receivable with proven track of managing and executing improvement & productivity initiatives, transition activities etc.
• Provide support in transition to target operating model by developing competencies in area of Accounts receivable
• Implement best practices in AR by engaging with team leads and client stakeholders
• Knowledge of IT tools deployed within domain to drive productivity
• Experience in identifying and executing automation within process
• Drive change management initiatives by focussing on achieving productivity, controls and operational efficiency within AR process
• Manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the objective of meeting delivery as per the agreed parameters
• Work closely with HR to ensure recruitment of Appropriately skilled employees
• Superior project management skills in planning and executing improvement initiatives
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and undertake continuous improvement projects
• Ensure SLA targets are consistently met and exceeded
• Develop annual budget for the Unit and ensure no overrun on Budget / Approved project costs. Ensure productivity targets are met / exceeded
• Work closely with IT to ensure continuous system improvements towards increasing efficiency of processing
• Ensure Appropriate responses are made to audit observations and corrective and preventive actions are taken
