Sr. Manager Accounts Receivable 7-10 Yr Exp – Accounts Head / GM – Accounts Job Mumbai, Mumbai City

Following are the details:-

Subject matter expert in area of Accounts receivable with proven track of

managing and executing improvement & productivity initiatives, transition

activities etc.

 Provide support in transition to target operating model by developing

competencies in area of Accounts receivable

 Implement best practices in AR by engaging with team leads and client

stakeholders

 Knowledge of IT tools deployed within domain to drive productivity

 Experience in identifying and executing automation within process

 Drive change management initiatives by focussing on achieving productivity,

controls and operational efficiency within AR process

 Manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the

objective of meeting delivery as per the agreed parameters

 Work closely with HR to ensure recruitment of Appropriately skilled employees

 Superior project management skills in planning and executing improvement

initiatives

 Drive a culture of continuous improvement and undertake continuous

improvement projects

 Ensure SLA targets are consistently met and exceeded

 Develop annual budget for the Unit and ensure no overrun on Budget / Approved

project costs. Ensure productivity targets are met / exceeded

 Work closely with IT to ensure continuous system improvements towards

increasing efficiency of processing

 Ensure Appropriate responses are made to audit observations and corrective and

preventive actions are taken
