Job Description:
Accurate accounting of all vendor Invoices in Tally/ERP System. Processing of Purchase orders tracking of them on daily basis.
Ensure Vendor is on boarded with all documents and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Processes.
Preparation of various accounting reports such as AP Aging, Expense report, Dept wise report etc.
Preparation of relevant schedule required for month end book closure and Audit.
Working closely with other functions and addressing the queries on timely basis.
Preparation of Vendor reconciliation and agree on Balances on regular basis.
Verification and Accounting of Employee Reimbursement claims.
