HR Operations ( Process Trainer ) Job Description: Will be responsible for Hire to retire Operations conducting and leading systems and process training for employees such as Service Centre, Employee Data Management, Employee Relations, LOA, Learning Admin, Comp Admin, Performance & Succession in the HR Domain. Conduct training on ERP (Workday, Service-now or similar applications) systems and HR process training for new hires and recurrent training for employees Collecting feedbacks, maintain and updating training materials. Monitor, measure and report on employees training, development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. Desired skill set:- Minimum 3+yrs work experience in a similar HR Backend role, with a good Experience in training People as a trainer in the HR domain Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English is mandatory Working Knowledge of Workday/Service now, MS Office tools like MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point Willing to Work in Shifts.
