Department : Payroll
Reports to : HR Head – Shared Services and Finance Head – Shared Services
Qualification : Any Graduate- Major Stream mathematics, accounts, statistics or relevant subjects
Experience : 3 to 5 years
Location : Sion Mumbai
Key Accountabilities:
- Process payroll for multiple group companies
- Salary processing for 1000+ employees
- Should be well versed with tax computation, statutory compliances, filling returns.
- Hands-on Advanced excel and relative functionalities such as Vlookup, Pivot table, complex formulas.
- Knowledge of working on Spine, Darwin box and similar HRMS platform will be added advantage.
- Maintaining of Employee records, salary masters
- Preparing payroll dashboard
- Multiple stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Contributing on group level assignments apart from regular payroll job.
