Own & drive process excellence via digital transformational projects across Cshp, General Accounting, InterCo, T&E & Other finance processes to deliver value into organization.
Partner with Global Process Owners, Functional Owners on process design and through leadership to streamline activities and liaise with automation teams to execute design.
Identify opportunities for and drive organizational initiatives to support process improvements and cost reductions / reduce total cost of ownership.
Play a key anchoring role as thought leader in crafting solutions and ability to design solutions for outcome & impact, prioritizing UX.
Create ecosystem with analytical solutions and tech from an operational perspective to improve process performance and achievement of overall org goals.
Deploy solutions for high value analytic use cases spanning multiple areas. Partner with stakeholders for delivery of high-quality execution of analytical insights.
Set up implementation management process and tools to ensure focus on execution and fast resolution of roadblocks.
Create resource plans, goals, and priorities for the team based on Controllership and technology roadmap and functional objectives.
Manages relationships and escalated issues, including setting expectations regarding deliverables, quality, schedules and costs; ensures that organization is effectively leveraging resources.
Deliver change management framework to achieve engagement and change mindset and behaviors.
Engage all levels of the organization & cross functional teams in execution to create ownership
Provide direct and ongoing leadership for a team of high-level individual contributors on developing & executing innovative solutions utilizing multiple disciplines for products, systems, and services.
People management for direct reports, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development and practices to support ongoing team member and process development.
Leverage industry best practices and experience, recommend automation solutions including procedural and technical designs
Graduate or Post Graduate
Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant or equivalent qualification preferred
Min 10+ years of industry experience
Operations & / or Controllership Experience with large multi-national corporation
Hands on experience with SAP and other relevant Finance ERPs
Knowledge of Controllership, R2R concepts, processes and best practices
Ability to function and deliver under deadlines and comfortable under ambiguity
Critical
Domain exposure and hands on experience in the Transformation, automation and analytical space.
