Roles and Responsibilities:
The candidate is responsible for reconcile position vs CA events & pay to client on time. To monitor investigate and take action to resolve breaks/fails queue on a daily basis and be the subject matter expert of process.
The Candidate needs to manage the high demanding prime brokerage clients requirements and to liaise with front office middle office oversight trade support groups agents/counterparties. Monitor to make sure all the system exception queues are cleared daily
Candidate Expectations
Looking for 3+years experienced corporate actions candidate in a BPO or Global Banking captives.
Should have hands on experience in Voluntary / Mandatory Corporate Action asset servicing end to end event life cycle and Income Processing (dividend coupons redemption cash reconciliation) events as part of Investment banking operation
For Leads role-candidates should have led a sizable team in managing end to end Corporate action process. Possess very good stake holder management skills and client interfacing skills.
