The Role Responsibilities
Purpose

  • Liaise with and support the Data Privacy Transformation Program (DPTP)
  • Review DPTP requirements as they relate to SCM
  • Understand and carry out actions relating the SCM within responsibility scope relating the DPTP
  • Attend DPTP forums and maintain a good understanding of the programs goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with GPTP program Team to maintain an up to date understanding of the key requirements of the DPTP
  • Feed into and contribute to the various DPTP related forums as they relate to the applicable SCM activities

Risk Identification

  • Understands the Banks sourcing categories and associated risks across all Risk Groups and Risk Governance teams
  • Understands the Banks risk framework and is able to operate in a compliance driven environment
  • Maintains a good understanding of Third Party Risk Management Policy & Standards

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Displays exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead stakeholders to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank&rsquos Conduct Principles
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters

Other DPTP Activities

  • Coordinate Third Party squad updates and follow ups with SCM team
  • Provide insights from SCM well in advance that will impact the Third Party squad
  • Work on reporting capabilities for Third Party squad
  • Update and maintain Third Party Privacy Assessment Logs/Trackers
  • Maintain the Third Party Mailbox

  • Knowledge and experience across TPRM and general risk
  • Demonstrable ability to develop trusted and open relationships with stakeholders
  • Efficient and effective communication skills (written and verbal) in the English language
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba Risk tooling
