What you will be doing

• Ensures all proposal content is in the current FIS format and styles, and free from grammar and spelling errors.
• Provides professional, comprehensive and appropriate sales content within the Sales Content Portal
• Works with sales, proposal teams, product, marketing, and corporate SMEs to add new content as well as update and maintain current content
• Updates branding of proposal and presentation content as needed
• Archives content that is no longer useful or applicable
• Supports employees with access issues or technical difficulties

What you bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of business experience; sales support or financial services.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills and Analytical and statistical examination skills
• Technology experience in web applications
• Knowledge of Upland Software/Qvidian, Adobe Creative Suite or another graphics applications a plus
• Strong organizational practices and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional interpersonal skills: establishing professional relationships among diverse internal and external groups
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products (including Word, Excel, SharePoint, Internet Explorer, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of FIS markets and solutions a plus
