The Role Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for:

    1. daily Profit %26amp; Loss reporting and all associated analytical review and commentary analysis
    2. Month end reconciliations between the various TP systems and the ledger
    3. Month-end balance sheet substantiation of PC owned traded balances for countries which are in scope
    4. monitoring month-end IPV impacts and reserves for Profit %26amp; Loss reporting

  2. Identification and implementation of key initiatives, such as

    1. system/ workflow enhancements
    2. the implementation of changes in accounting regulations

  3. Develop a strong internal network by:

    1. proactively engaging all key stakeholders
    2. representing the team and department at various working groups / committee%26rsquo;s
    3. reaching out to other business areas / regions to ensure best practice is implemented

  4. Provide proactive support to their line manager by

    1. providing a well controlled and transparent governance structure
    2. challenging the status quo, working practices and assumptions
    3. challenging requests received from all key stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • CA/ MBA with 0-2 years%26rsquo; experience
