We are looking for a Solutions Architect Lead
- Partner with business stakeholders to deeply understand business opportunities and assess the need for scalable data pipelines
- Work with business unit architects and engineering team to map key functional needs to data pipeline capabilities
- Partner with regional technology program managers to oversee the work of our Build Partners
- Provide thought leadership in the development of data ingestion, curation, transformation, linking/pinning, and state calculation
- Lead as an architect in SAFe Agile scrum teams working on multiple simultaneous data projects
- Work with data operations teams to document current state of data operations and propose/define improved data operations
- Work with business and regional infrastructure teams to identify security, compliance and non-functional SLA requirements and design practices and processes to address them
- Facilitate pilot project and MVP development
10+ years of experience working as an architect on data centric projects
- Experience with at least one project involving big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Hands-on experience in designing and delivering end-to-end data pipelines
- Expertise in gathering functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders and effectively translating them into conceptual data flows
- Knowledge of big data technologies, products, and frameworks for visualization, analytics, microservices and APIs.
- Experience working with build partners to manage the delivery of large-scale software projects
