• More than 2 years of experience with hands on solution deployment, development, integration, testing experience in specific solution areas like:
• Solutions like IMS Messaging and Traditional Messaging
• Delivered IVR or Voicemail projects as Developer.
• Development knowledge in CCXML, VXML & Javascript for IVR based solutions.
• Knowledge of IVR based Call Flows in 2G/3G & 4G networks.
• Must have working knowledge & call flow in IMS-Messaging and Traditional Messaging
• Knowledge and experience in SIP, MSRP, MAP, TCAP, SS7, SIGTRAN and SMPP. Additionally Diameter, HTTP/XML, SNMP for OSS/BSS interfaces
• Knowledge and Integration interface of – HLR, MSC, IMS (CSCF), HSS, Diameter Charging, OSS-Alarms, OSS-Provisioning.
• Knowledge of IP Networking, Switches, Routing Configurations
• Knowledge of Server, External Storage, Switches, Load Balancers
• Certification in one of the following areas: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Oracle, Networking (CCNA, CCNP, RHCA, or OCA).
• Must be open for travelling to various countries with different cultures for system integration projects.
• Should have minimum 3 years of SI Experience in Telecom Products
• Should have good knowledge in writing & execution Integration, Functional and Performance test cases.
• Should have good skills on trouble shooting tools and loves trouble shooting.
• Should have good understanding of SOAP/ Web Services
• Database knowledge (Oracle 10i, MySQL).
• Good aptitude in learning of working of new nodes which are added in the network.
• Good knowledge and skills in Service Delivery
• Good knowledge in Customer Orientation
• Good experience in working in customer site, presentation of user acceptance testing to customer.
• Good knowledge and skills in Communication
• Good knowledge and skills in Cultural Awareness
• Good knowledge and skills in Teamwork & Processes
