Job Description:
Designing solutions for Infrastructure Services technical towers Tools
Supporting on RFI/RFP responses (Building Solutions)
Participating in Solution presentations
Conducting and leading solution workshops
Conducting and leading Infrastructure Studies
Coordination and communication within and outside Infrastructure Services teams
High degree of customer interfacing
Understanding of latest market trends and technologies for the specific to tower/domain
Proficient in working with productive tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Overseas experience will be an added advantage
Experience in building managed services proposal and not limited to selling products
Hyper Automation, AI-ML, Tools Transformation:
Expertise in one or more of the following with an experience in building end to end tools solutions.
.Architecting, Designing and integration Experience (one or more of the following)
.Enterprise Infrastructure Tools (ESM) (HP/Micro-focus, IBM, BMC, CA / Broadcom, Science Logic etc.)
.ITSM Tool sets (ServiceNow, Symphony SUMMIT, Remedy, Cherwell etc.)
.Analytics tools (PowerBI, ELK, Splunk etc.)
.Application monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic etc.)
.Experience with Automation tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet
.Expertise in tools implementation, Hosting, customization, integration, Transition etc.
.Strong knowledge in Discovery, CMDB, Asset Management (HW & SW), Knowledge Management tools
.Knowledge in End user computing and service desk tools.
.Building high level BOQ/BOM, Resource estimation, and technical documents for solution
