Roles and Responsibility –
• Install and configure software which consists of ERP and POS software
• Train end-users on specific modules of Software.
• Participate in all implementation steps as assigned.
• Meet personnel to collect all relevant information before starting the project, conduct to-be workshops.
• Prepare necessary project documentation like manuals, weekly status reports, training session notes.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks in business processes.
• Report on project performance/project risks, issue logs, and their resolution to reporting manager.
• Interact with teams of developers, offshore teams to resolve in go-live.
• Provide post-go-live support as needed until stabilization is achieved.

• Must be a self-starter, comfortable working in a structured but dynamic environment .
• Good knowledge of functional requirements from clients.
• Smart with problem solving ability. Keen towards his responsibilities.
• Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.
• Open to traveling for project-related work.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication .
• Working Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS, Java, XML
• Hands on knowledge in installation / to write queries on MYSQL / MSSQL/ Oracle databases.
