What will your role be
- Understanding Geometric Modelling Capabilities in popular geometric modelling kernels
- Analyzing customer requirements and translating these into technical concepts and specifications
- Identifying and resolving challenging problems faced by the customers
- Proficiency in understanding code and customizing samples to create environments similar to customers
- Developing and implementing new 3D customized applications, new software functionalities into existing software systems, using C++/C#, Qt/WPF technologies
- Supporting QA with test-case creation and bug fixing
- Creating and maintaining appropriate project and solution related technical documentations
- Share knowledge through internal social tool and create white papers

Your key success factors
- University degree in information technology, computer science or in a similar specialization as well as at least 2-3 years of work experience as a Software Developer
- Very good development skills in C++ and C#, Front-end – WPF/Qt, JavaScript
- Geometry – Knowledge of topology, curves, surfaces, solid modelling is required. Meshing, faceting, blending knowledge will be helpful.
- CAD – Previous experience using, supporting or developing a CAD modeler required
- Knowledge of Web Development with Microsoft .NET/ASP.NET is a plus
- Experience with CI/CD processes is of advantage
- Preferably Know-How in software architecture documentation
- Knowledge of CGI and common rendering technologies like OpenGL is a plus
- Fluent in English, German, Japanese language skills are beneficial
