Identity Governance As-A-Service – 6 – 9 years – Job description: (Specialization in AAS products)
Microfocus IGA solution helps customers to efficiently provide appropriate access permissions so their users can do their job. Micro Focus® Identity Governance accelerates access certification, reduces risk of inappropriate access, provides analytics for users in technical and business roles, and satisfies auditors. The administration capabilities of the solution power the entire identity management lifecycle by managing identities and their associated attributes. With thousands of customers worldwide, we have worked with organizations of numerous industries and s and have modelled an approach method on how to tackle IGA.

We are now seeking a talented and motivated individual to contribute to our cloud computing and As-A-Service story in Identity Governance space. The successful candidate will have experience as a Quality assurance system integrator working closely with software development and information technology groups in the life cycle of cloud services. The individual will work with minimal supervision and oversight in a geographically distributed team. Ability to clearly comprehend customer needs in a cloud environment, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to focus on problem resolution until completion are a requirement.

Responsibilities Include:
- Review proposed cloud service requirements and provide inputs
- Test, Integrate and deploy implemented cloud services
- Analyze performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of cloud service
- Enter and track defects
- Interact with customers, vendors, partners, and development teams
- Researching customer issues and product initiatives
- Provide input for service documentation
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
- 8+ years experience inclusive of Software as a Service and / or DevOps engineering experience
- Experience with cloud provisioning and service orchestration tools (e.g. Ansible)
- Experience with technologies such as REST, Angular, Messaging, Databases etc.
- Programming skills in scripting languages (e.g., python, bash)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and issue isolation skills
- Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal English)
- Must be able to assume project responsibility and deliver on milestones
- Must be able to work as an individual contributor within a team
- Ability to solve problems quickly and completely with minimal oversight from supervisor
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to think outside the box
- Experience in SCRUM or other Agile development processes
Desirable skills:
- Experience with load balancing, clusters, building scalable systems
- Knowledge of Linux administration
- Knowledge of testing tools/frameworks: TestNG, Selenium, etc
- Knowledge of system test performance paradigms
- Knowledge in Identity and Security
- Knowledge of penetration testing and fuzz testing
